Ways We Can Partner
Partnership is not one-size-fits-all. Our supports are designed with you, to make sure they work for you. We bring experience and knowledge from working in early childhood and elementary school programs, child care centers, and hundreds of classrooms, and we know what works. What we don’t know is what it will look like for your classroom, program, school, or community.
That part we create together.
Ways We Partner
Pick one, mix a few, or dream up something new. We want our work to fit your community.
Keynotes & Workshops
We deliver keynotes and workshops that help people think differently about inclusion and belonging. We use stories, research, and practical tools to open conversations that teams can continue long after we leave.
In-Person Trainings
We come to you. We provide in-person trainings that meet your program where it is, build on strengths, and support real change in classrooms, teams, and communities.
Virtual Workshops
We facilitate virtual workshops that are interactive, accessible, and grounded in the realities of everyday work. These sessions bring people together across locations and still feel personal.
Mini-Modules
We can design and develop short, flexible modules specific to your school, team, and community that staff can access when it works for them. We can also use our free video series and facilitate communities of practice or virtual group coaching sessions.
Team and Leader Coaching
We coach teams and leaders in ways that feel supportive, collaborative, and practical. Coaching centers on strengths, reflection, and small shifts that build belonging across a program. Coaching typically happens virtually, but we can also travel to you.
Professional Development Consultation and Planning
We partner with programs to design professional learning plans that are clear, doable, and aligned with your goals for inclusion. We help you think through priorities, timelines, and how to keep learning going.
Problem Solving, Systems Planning, and Strategy Sprints
We help teams look closely at what’s working and what needs attention. Through short, focused planning sessions, we support clear decision-making and next steps that keep people moving forward.
Chats with Teams
We offer supportive conversations with providers who need a thought partner. These chats are a space to think out loud, troubleshoot, and feel seen in the work.
Community Conversations with Families and Staff
We facilitate conversations with families and staff that center honesty, curiosity, and shared purpose. These gatherings help build understanding, trust, and stronger community connections.
If it builds inclusion and belonging, chances are we’re doing it.
How We Partner
We roll up our sleeves with providers, leaders, and teams to figure out what it really takes to:
Build connection and belonging so every child, family, and team member feels like they’re part of the story
Create classrooms and programs that invite each child to join, learn and thrive in their own way
Support children’s behaviors through connection, not control
Bring back the joy of early childhood with playful, strengths-based learning
Partner with families in ways that are authentic, responsive, and culturally grounded
Shift mindsets, attitudes, and beliefs about why and how we do this work
Use coaching to spark reflection and strengthen intentional choices, not to measure people against a checklist
Lead with collaboration, building systems that sustain belonging
Work as true teams across roles, disciplines, and communities … because no one does this alone
What to Expect
Every partnership is different because every community and person is different. We ground everything in the best research and adult learning principles, and we make sure connection is built into every activity we do together.
Here’s what you can count on:
Co-created plans that fit your people and program
Practical tools you can use tomorrow
Honest questions that invite reflection
Clear next steps and support to maintain momentum
We contextualize everything to your community so it feels relevant, doable, and real.
